As the Founder of the National Organization of Conservative Women, the following is my response to David Letterman's statements regarding Sarah Palin and her daughter. This post was written last night, and today's news reveals Governor Palin is boycotting David Letterman. I applaud Governor Palin for taking a stand for her girls and refusing to "boost his ratings" as her rep. stated to FoxNews.com.

“One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game,” Letterman said, “during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez.”  Governor Palin chastised Letterman as any right-minded mother would as did Palin’s husband, Todd, telling FOXNews.com, “Any ‘jokes’ about raping my 14-year-old are despicable. Alaskans know it, and I believe the rest of the world knows it, too.”

Letterman is the last straw in a barrage of attacks against Governor Palin and a woman’s family. The treatment of this woman and her girls in the last year is despicable and reflects the cesspool in which we drink every day in our culture.  America, we must stop feeding the critters like Letterman who get paid to make rape jokes about a fourteen year old girl. The money must stop flowing to feed the egos that are corrupting our nation, sabotaging our elections, seducing our culture while patting themselves on the back with a green, self-righteous and indignant hand.  If we are to clean our stripes and make them crisp Red, White, and Blue again, we must tear down the web of corrupt influence that is destroying our very fabric.

When Megan Fox parades comments about negotiating with a terrorist to save all but Middle America, we need to cut her off the payroll from our hard earned dollars. When Sean Penn goes overseas and hates on America, we need to cut him off the payroll from our hard earned dollars. When Letterman degrades a woman, a mother, a fourteen year old girl watching what used to be one of America’s most wholesome games, the Yankees in spring, we need to cut him off the payroll from our hard earned dollars.

Hollywood cries against censorship too arrogant to care about the destruction they wreak. America, it is time we censor Hollywood right out of America. If we don’t gain the discipline to do so, let Twitter, Townhall, and Conservative Talk Radio turn to static, for what is the point of all this tweet and talk if we don’t take seriously our nation’s state enough to act to save her.
